We didn't start with a men's jean and scale it down. We started from scratch using actual body measurements from women working in refineries—not fashion models.
Our jeans meet the exact same NFPA 2112 and CAT 2 safety standards as premium men's FR denim. We use 10.5 oz flame-resistant fabric, independently tested and UL certified for industrial flash fire protection.
After every test cycle, we refined the design. The result: 100% said they moved better than their previous FR pants, and 90% said they'd buy another pair. These jeans earned their place in your locker, one shift at a time.

How to Find Your Size
Runs Large: Match your usual size and drop one full size for your perfect fit! Example: usual woman's size is 10, get the size 8.
Compare to size chart: Match your weight to the chart—our sizing is based on an average height of 5'3" so keep in mind if you are shorter/taller the size guide may differ a little
You want a TIGHT fit: These jeans go through a break in process. You want them to fit nice and tight the very first time you try them on. After a few hours they mold to your curves perfectly and give the perfect shape!
These are not men's sizes: Don't use your men's jean size as reference; women's proportions require different sizing

How is the fit different from men's FR jeans?
We built these from scratch using measurements from women in industrial trades—not men's patterns scaled down. They fit your curves without being tight in the thighs or loose at the waist.
What if they don't fit?
Our jeans are designed to fit snug at first because the denim relaxes with wear. Before sizing up, keep the tags attached and wear them around the house for a couple of hours to let them break in. If they still aren’t right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Your first qualifying U.S. return or exchange is free. Jeans worn to work, washed, altered, or otherwise no longer in new condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long do they last?
With proper care, the jeans themselves can last for years. Our FR denim has been tested for flame-resistant performance after 100 laundering cycles. That doesn’t mean the FR protection automatically expires after 100 washes—it means the fabric was tested and met the applicable flame-performance requirements at that point. Always follow the FR care instructions and replace any garment that becomes damaged, excessively worn, or contaminated in a way that could affect its protective performance.
Do these meet safety standards for refinery work?
Yes. Our FR jeans meet NFPA 2112-2023 requirements and are CAT 2 rated with an 11 cal/cm² ATPV. They are also tested to ASTM F1506 and ASTM F1959 standards. Always follow your employer or facility-specific PPE requirements.
