Women's Work Wear FR Jeans and Shirt

We're Fixing What the Industry Got Wrong

I’ve spent more than 13 years working in refineries, and for most of that time, finding FR workwear made specifically for women was nearly impossible. We were expected to make do with what was available — oversized shirts, pants made for men’s bodies, limited sizing, and workwear that technically did the job but never really fit us.

That’s why I created Women’s Work Wear®.

I didn’t want to make women’s workwear that just looked better. I wanted to fix the things that actually bothered us at work. Jeans should have room for our hips without gapping at the waist. Pockets should actually hold something. Women who are 5'1" and women who are 5'10" shouldn’t be expected to wear the same inseam. FR shirts shouldn’t feel like we borrowed them from somebody else.

Those problems influence how we design everything — from fit and proportions to pocket placement, inseams, fabric, stretch, and mobility. Because when you spend 12 hours in your work clothes, the little things aren’t little anymore.

Women’s Work Wear® is building a complete line of flame-resistant workwear for women in refineries, oil & gas, welding, and industrial trades.

We don’t start with men’s workwear and modify it for women. We start with women.

We started Women's Work Wear because we believe women shouldn't have to choose between safety and fit.

Our mission is simple: Build FR gear that respects women's bodies, their work, and their safety. No compromises. No shortcuts. No "good enough."

Because you give 100% on the job. Your gear should give 100% back.
