Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 20, 2025

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our policy for refunds when you buy directly from womensworkwear.shop.

Refunds:
If your order is flawed, defective, or does not match the description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, you may return the item for a refund. Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days after we receive the returned item for the refund to appear.

Returns / Exchanges:
If you need a different size, you may return the original item (following our return instructions) and place a new order.

Return Condition:
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the error is ours.

Final Sale:
Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Initiate a Refund:
Email us at customersuppoer@womensworkwear.shop with your order number and reason. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
