We started from scratch. Using actual measurements from women working in refineries and industrial sites, we built the Refinery-Fit™ pattern system around how your body actually moves on the job.

Women’s Work Wear Sizing

How to Measure

Use your hip measurement (the fullest part of your hips) to find your size. Our jeans are built specifically for curves, so hips are the most accurate guide — not the waist.

  • Built for real, womanly curves — nothing standard to compare them to.
  • High-rise, squat-proof stretch denim for all-day refinery shifts.
  • Bootcut opening designed to sit cleanly over work boots.
  • Available inseams: Short 28", Regular 31", Long 34", X-Long 37".

Got Questions?

Are these jeans really as safe as men's FR jeans?

Yes. Our jeans meet the exact same NFPA 2112 and CAT 2 arc rating standards as premium men's FR denim. We use the same 14 oz flame-resistant fabric and undergo the same UL certification testing. The only difference is the pattern—we engineered it for women's bodies. Better fit doesn't mean less protection; it means FR gear that actually works the way it's designed to.

What certifications do these jeans have?

Refinery-Fit™ jeans are NFPA 2112 certified for flash fire protection and meet CAT 2 arc rating requirements. They're independently tested and UL verified. Every batch is lab-tested to ensure self-extinguishing capability and thermal resistance. Your safety team can trust the specs.

Will my company/safety manager approve these?

Since OSHA updated rules in 2024 to require PPE that properly fits each worker, many companies are actively looking for women-specific options. We have an info packet specifically for safety officers that explains the compliance and hazard reduction benefits.

Are they compliant for refinery work?

Absolutely. These jeans meet all industry requirements for flame-resistant clothing in oil & gas facilities. They're built to the same safety standards required by OSHA and NFPA regulations. If your facility requires NFPA 2112 certified FR clothing, these qualify.

How is the fit different from men's FR jeans?

We built these from scratch using measurements from women working in industrial trades—not fashion models. The pattern accommodates women's waist-to-hip ratios, with a contoured waistband that stays put without gapping. We added a gusseted crotch and articulated knees for full range of motion. The result: jeans that fit your curves without being tight in the thighs or loose at the waist.

I usually wear men's FR jeans in size X. What size should I order?

Check our size chart—it's based on actual body measurements (waist, hip, inseam), not men's sizing conversions. Most women find they need to measure their natural waist and hips rather than relying on their men's jean size. When in doubt, our customer support team can help you find the right fit.
